Social Firms Wales provides high quality social enterprise support to Social Firms and Social Enterprises that have social inclusion at their heart. Working with disabled people and others that face barriers and prejudice when it comes to accessing employment, including people from ethnic minority backgrounds, ex-prisoners, and other marginalised group, we are passionate about creating social firms that create work and training opportunities for those who face challenges to mainstream employment. We also support people who wish to embark on self-employment, particularly for those who face additional barriers and challenges.
