About Rachel

My journey with Sound Healing started in 2018. I was lucky enough to attend a sound healing at The Pyramids of Chi in Ubud, Bali, which was life changing. During the session I totally left my body as the sounds and vibrations took me to such a wonderful place. I decided then that I wanted to learn this craft and be able to help people relax and heal. I am so grateful to be on this journey.

My passion is helping people. I work with energy, frequency and vibration. I offer unique group and 1:1 sessions which are quite different to group sound baths. My classical training means I can create a nourishing, custom healing session which will be specifically set up for your best healing outcome.

I am a fully qualified Sound Healer having completed both the Level 1 and Level 2 Diploma in Integral Sound Healing Multi instrument Practitioner with the prestigious International Sound Healing Academy. The diploma is an in depth and practical 12 month course and covers:

• unique 10 step healing process
• client dynamics
• music medicine
• assessing the energy biofield
• balancing the biofield and chakras
• Integral Sound Healing with multi instruments
