Welcome to our Bio! We are on Eventbrite to connect with people who are on a healing journey. We offer Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Sound Healing in South Ajax.

Blaise has been teaching Tai Chi for 20 years. He also teaches Lok Hup BA Fa, H Singi Chaun, Tai Chi Sword, Tai Chi Sabre , Tai chi chuan, Qi Gong 5 elements & 5 animals. He has been a musician for over 20 years with a focus on sound healing instruments. Blaise is a practicing Manual Osteopath in the Durham Region.

Heather has been studying sound healing for 5 years and has attended over 50 sound baths in 5 countries. She focuses on the heart and womb healing.

We are mentored by Jess Griffin in Dunedin, Florida & Alana Ruoso in Toronto, Ontario. We have trained with Jess, Sadie Jane - Sacred Rebels, Dr. Amy Young, Darren Austin Hall and the Shivanada community in the Bahama's. Both Blaise & Heather have their level 1 Reiki.
