Hi There! We are so glad you stumbled across us. Welcome to The And Pilates Club- a social club for Pilates lovers in their 20s & 30s. We host pop up Pilates events around Melbourne, combining Pilates with your favourite things- wine, food, adventure! Our aim is to make Pilates way more social and promote that wellbeing is all about balance and connection, not restriction.
