Upgrade

Upgrade has one mission: to help people elevate their lives by providing spaces for deeper talk.

Based in central Edinburgh, Upgrade was founded by Demis Lyall-Wilson in late 2024. With influences from a variety of modalities, Upgrade's core is based on the counselling approach - judgement-free conversations, focused on the present, assuming every person has the ability to navigate the ups and downs of their lives provided they have a safe, confidential space in which to speak freely.

Upgrade's current suite of facilitated talk spaces includes the Deep Talk Sessions (facilitated group conversations around a changing theme), a regular men's talking group (every other Tuesday, just off Rose Street), and a mix of activity sessions (Share + Sauna at Soul Water Sauna, and the upcoming Walk & Talk group events).
