The Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce (VABCC) promotes economic prosperity and sustainability among black-owned businesses throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Our mission is to foster an environment that encourages growth, supports innovation, and facilitates opportunities for Black businesses to thrive.

We aim to strengthen our community by promoting the recycling of dollars within the African-American community and identifying resources that aid in developing our member partners. Through leadership, advocacy, and a commitment to serving our members, we dedicate ourselves to the progression of business development, believing that overall wealth can be enhanced through sustained collaboration and shared success.

Together with the Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD), our 501c3 organization, we are committed to the capacity building of small business owners by providing programs and initiatives that foster higher productivity, increased success rates, and improved business education.
