I’m Vatsal Bhikha ( my friends call me Zip) and I’m the owner and founder of Land & Hall Limited - a property investment and bespoke portfolio building company. I relocated to my hometown of Wolverhampton relatively recently and have really enjoyed being back.

Since being back I have met many wonderful people and grown my network and I would love to bring people together to connect, share their experiences with others and collaborate.

I am also passionate about investment and regeneration in Wolverhampton and I love the idea of bringing people into the heart of Wolverhampton whilst supporting venues such as space.
