Enabling women to develop & sustain good physical & mental health through great connections & the great outdoors.
Join us on our:
Social Walks - short (approx. 3 miles), easy, clean (paved or compacted tracks, minimal mud!)
Explorer Walks - mid-distance (4-8 miles) moderate difficulty (some hills and undulations, possibly muddy in places)
Adventure Walks - Longer walks with a higher degree of difficulty (6-12 miles, variable terrain and increased elevation).
Vitality Social - social events, health & wellness activities and learnings, connections and friendships.
