Wild Goose is a vibrant café-bar and event venue located in the heart of Aberdeen’s Union Terrace Gardens pavilion. Rooted in local community and heritage, it offers a relaxed yet refined setting where brunch, cocktails and gatherings come together.

Founded by Stuart Ross, Wild Goose is built on a commitment to championing local produce — with around 80% of ingredients sourced from the North East and the remainder from across Scotland. The menu showcases fresh, seasonal dishes inspired by regional flavours.

The venue features three unique spaces: the bright, plant-filled upstairs restaurant serving modern brunch and small plates; the atmospheric Victorian Toilets event space on the lower level, beautifully restored for private dinners, creative gatherings and boutique events; and a forthcoming downstairs bar offering Asian-influenced street-food and craft drinks.
