Our workshops are led by experienced mental health professionals trained in EFT, ensuring a thoughtful, evidence-based, and emotionally safe experience. We host Hold Me Tight workshops, couples intensives, and relationship enrichment events in Oregon’s wine country, blending meaningful relational work with a welcoming and intentional atmosphere.
